I, FARRAH GABRIEL OBREGON, of legal age, married, Filipino, and presently

residing at Blk. 20, Lot 9 Celtics St., Grand Victoria Subdivision, Brgy. Bitas Cabanatuan
City, Nueva Ecija, constituted and appointed by these presents JAKE PERCIVAL
OBREGON, of legal age, married, Filipino and presently residing in Blk. 20, Lot 9 Celtics
St., Grand Victoria Subdivision, Brgy. Bitas Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, respectively,
to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
perform and to do all or any of the following acts and deeds:

1. To appear personally, act for or otherwise represent me, during the hearing and
all other proceedings in the case docketed as LTFRB Case No. 2018-36416,
which is pending before LTFRB, East Avenue, Quezon City;

2. To negotiate, conclude, enter into amicable settlement allowed by law, under

such terms and conditions as my attorney-in-fact may deem just and
reasonable;

3. To make admissions or stipulations of facts and documents without further

consultation from me;

4. To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of
the action.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform every acts and things of whatever requisite and necessary to
be done in and about the premises, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that its said
attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
