ANO, Secretary, this department, regarding above-mentioned subject, all concerned are directed to cause the widest dissemination of this issuance. Also, concerned DILG Officers are directed to monitor compliance of all Punong Barangays ‘on matters pertaining to the conduct of road clearing operations within their AOR. Submission of reports will start on February 10, 2020 for the month of January 2020 and every 10 day of the subsequent months. Please refer to the link bit./y/RoadClearingForms2020 for the soft copies of the forms. A masterfile link will be shared to Provincial Offices for ease of submission. Please ensure that all forms are correctly accomplished and signed by concerned signatories. All forms to be submitted must be clearly scanned and labeled. In this regard, all Regional Directors and field officers are directed to inform all Punong Barangays and the Sangguniang Barangay Members within their respective jurisdiction to Y perform their roles, such as the following: om m oes 1. Revisit approved ordinances and make them consistent with existing City/Municipal Ordinance, and other related laws and policies pertaining to road clearing operations; 2. Collaborate with the City or Municipal Mayor concerned for harmonization of the efforts in the clearing of roads of illegal structures and obstructions, 3. Undertake strategies to ensure a peaceful, smooth, orderly and continuous implementation of the road clearing operations within their respective jurisdiction, Such strategies may include the conduct of informationdissemination campaign, fora or assembly to inform the community of the President's directive on road clearing. 4. Mobilize the Barangay Tanods to conduct monitoring/ronda to ensure that public roads are rid of llegal structures and constructions, 5, Ensure to maintain and sustain the cleanliness of all cleared roads within their respective jurisdiction. For purposes of monitoring, all concerned DILG Field Officers and BARMM Minister of Local Government are enjoined to: 1. Conduct information dissemination or advocacy campaign on road clearing operations; Post any IEC and advocacy materials, if available, in the bulletin board and in the official website of DILG Region, Province, City and Municipai Field Office, or through facebook or other social media platforms to increase the awareness of the general public and to encourage them to report presence of obstructed roads or uncleared public roads or failure of the concerned LGUs to conduct road cleering operations; and Immediately inform the concerned City or Municipal Mayor or Punong Barangay upon receipt of any complaint or information in relation to the conduct of road Clearing operations. Ensure that immediate actions are undertaken by the concemed LGU; Monitor compliance of all Punong Barangays on matters pertaining tothe conduct of road clearing operations within their respective jurisdiction, and Submit the Monthly Consolidated Monitoring Reports to the Undersigned, through the National Barangay Operations Office (NBOO) for consolidation, at e- nail address: bantaybalangay2019.121@amail.com, on or before the 15% day of the folowing month, using the attached Annexes "A", °B", °C’ and *D" For your guidance and compliance.
