From the module on Individual Differences, I realized

that... each one of us has its own differences. I may
differ in my socioeconomic status and also my
learning style. From this aspects, we may bring
various differences inside the four corners in the
classroom. It entails that we lived in a diverse
environment. Therefore, respect each others
differences and account what they have. I also
realized that it is important to know oneself so that I
able to know and understand my function. It is a big
challenge to everyone as being part of a diverse
environment because aside from adjustments, the
role and responsibilities in the society is important.
As a learner it is not easy to dwell but being open to
others is very essential, so that we may be able to
integrate learnings and awareness. It holds a great
knowledge to impart and being imparted.
