This is the formal announcement of the Highest International Police Commission of Alpha Omega
World Development Marshall Programme Inc. (H-IPC AOWDMPI) that all other organization
collecting money to the public in our behalf and claiming the name of Alpha Omega World
Development Marshall Programme Inc. is fake, and it is effective Immediately.

This is to inform all the members, officers especially the PUBLIC that GENERAL JINNY N. PICO is the
Founding Supreme Commander of Highest International Police Commission of Alpha Omega
World Development Marshall Programme Inc. (H-IPC AOWDMPI) with SEC Registration Number
CN201719560 has not authorized whatsoever those claiming Alpha Omega World Development
Marshall Programme Inc. to transact any business, to receive any money or to act in any way for and
our behalf.
Attached below is the picture/copy of SEC REGISTRATION, GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY and
MANDATE
Furthermore, the Highest International Police Commission of Alpha Omega World Development
Marshall Programme Inc. (H-IPC AOWDMPI) has no Connection, Participation or Relation to the
activity of other Organization, claiming to be the Alpha Omega World Development Marshall
Programme Inc. and does not in any way Connected to their businesses in relation to “latag-latag”,
collecting money, or transacting in any of their personal or other organizational matters. And that H-
IPC AOWDMPI’s name and logo may not be used in a manner that would express or imply H-IPC
endorsement of other organization or its policies. As a general rule, the H-IPC AOWDMPI does not
endorse companies, organizations, products, or services of third parties.

Therefore, the activity of other organizations must not jeopardize H-IPC AOWDMPI standing as a
respected organization.
