 2020 First General Assembly
 The meeting was formally opened with a prayer led by the PSG officers. It was followed by
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem conducted by Mrs. Khayce Elumba. The
welcome address was then delivered by the faculty President Mrs. Melody Almeda. The
presentation of the faculty and staff as well as the introduction and background of school
was introduced by Sr. Rebecca G. Gunao-School Directress. At 8:45 in the morning, the
meeting proper commenced. The first agendum of the meeting was the concerns on the
Academics facilitated by Ms. Gracel S. Maca-Grades School Coordinator, Prefect of
formation-the implementing rules and regulations of the school discussed by Mr. Joelito
Molita-Chairman of Prefect of Formation, the discussion of the different clubs and
organizations showed by Mr. Benedick Bais-PSG.
 Revision on the Mission and Vision of the School was introduced by Sister Rebecca Gunao, SPC,
School Principal in with the correction given corrected and the official Mission and Vision of the
School mentioned below:

School Vision: We, in St. Paul School of Buug, envision a responsible, competent, Filipino individual
who gives priority to Gospel values, commits to live such values, willing and able to reach out to
people, especially the most deprived.

School Mission: We, in St. Paul School of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, commit ourselves to the
apostolic concerns of the Sisters of Saint Paul of Chartes in the Philippines by sharing in the mission
 of the church to proclaim Jesus Christ as the Good News to all men, with conscious preference to
the deprived.
Thus, we take it upon ourselves to seek the total formation of the persion in the image of Christ
through harmonious integration of culture and faith. We strive to enable the paulinian to value his/
her role and responsibility in building Christian community in a specific Philippine situation and
witness the primacy of final union with God, his/her creator.

 Election of Home-Room PTA and Family Council Officers

 The Election was put into motion by current President Mr. Francis A. Gumansing and seconded by
Mr. Bael and the closing remarks closed by Sister Amalia Rosillio. Attached with the following Set
of Officers for School Year 2020-2021.
