ADDENDUM TO THE “DEED OF EXTRA

JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF THE LATE LILY D. PERALTA WITH

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE”

WHEREAS, the aforesaid Extra-Judicial Settlement… dated

December 8, 2018 where the real property subject is covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-112664 (115140) and was notarized
by Notary Public Atty. Jose Fiero D. Crisologo, under Document No.
266; Page No. 54; Book No. IV; Series of 2018 the following
statement/provision must be indicated to wit:

1. Title:

“EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF THE SPS. LILY D. PERALTA

AND JOSEPH E. PERALTA WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE”

2. First paragraph after “WITNESSETH: -THAT –

“WHEREAS, the PARTIES hereto are the children and sole heirs of the
decedents Lily D. Peralta, who died on September 10, 2018 at
Quezon City and Joseph E. Peralta, who died on July 23, 1998 at Los
Angeles California, USA.

3. Second paragraph first line after “WITNESSETH:- THAT –

“WHEREAS, both decedents died intestate, leaving their estate as

follows: A parcel of land ( Lot 9 Blk. 40 of the subd. plan Psd-57970,
being a apportion of Lot 7, Pcs-4784, GLRO Rec. No. 917), situated
in Quirino District Quezon City. Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED
THIRTY FOUR SQAURE METERS AND SIXTY SQAURE DECIMETERS
(234.60) xxx” copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-112664
(115140) is hereto attached.

4. All decedent must be stated in its plural for “decedents”

5. All names of LILLY D, PERALTA must include the also the name of
JOSEPH E. PERALTA.
