I assever that I have examined exce np.ts f ron- .•the Revised

Statutes of Colorado as passed at the'Seventh session of the

Legislative Assembly Convened on the 2nd day of Decmember A.D.
1867 and Frank Hall, secretary of Colorado Territory in
certified delivery to David C. Collier, Public P~inter at
Denver, Colorado the 22nd day of January, 1886.

The excerpts are marked by #'s 1 thru 8, particularly I

want to point out that the original XIII article in amendment
to the U.S. Constitution is not the present XIII amendment and
is prohibitory to Titles of Nobility and Honor. The Revised
Statutes supra confirm that this is a valid article in amend-
ment.

I have examined the excerpts and state that they are true and
correct. I assever to that fact and I subscribe my signature
to the asseveration of fact in Adams County, Colorado on the
14th. day of November 1994 A.D .. I live and exist in Colorado.
I witness pursuant to Deuteronomy 19:15. Each of us as witnesses
are witnesses to the others signatures hereof.
