Five Children on the Western Front

Make a brochure using colored paper to demonstrate your understanding of the READ book ‘Five Children
on the Western Front’.
The brochure must contain the following:
Page 1 – Cover page
Design it creatively mentioning the title and name of the author (Use pictures)
Page 2 – Cool Characters
Describe any 2 or 3 characters from the novel giving details such as physical appearance, likes, dislikes,
characteristics, etc. (Include pictures also).
Page 3 – Superb Setting
Present the setting of the novel in the form of a graphic organizer. (Background of page can be setting of the
novel)
Page 4 – Perfect Plot
Depict any scene from the novel in the form of a comic strip with colorful pictures and speech bubbles. (Can
be made using online comic strip maker sites)
Page 5 – Thought Provoking Theme
Present the theme of the novel in the form of a short poem of about 6 – 8 lines.
