Please find below our financial proposal for the Water Proofing Work for the catalyst at GIKI

Terms and conditions

1. The above-mentioned quantities are approximate, whereas final payment will be charged as per actual
quantities done and verified by the client and our representative.
2. 95% of the payment will be done after the successful completion of the work and approved by client within
10 days from the invoice date.
3. The retention amount of 5% should be withheld by the client for the period of one-year which is defect
liability period from the date of final handing over of the site.
4. After the completion of defect liability period we would raise the invoice of 5% amount that should be paid
within 10 days from the invoice date.
5. This financial proposal includes withholding taxes and all the costs towards successful completion of the
work.
