a. The Soil resistivity of 765/400 KV PGCIL , Bikaner Substation is 50 ohm m ( appx) .

The PGCIL
Substation is apprx. 9 KM away from proposed 400KV switchyard of Avaada. Bidder may take
same soil resistivity for general guidance and tender purpose only . However, Bidder to carry
out the confirmatory soil investigation to check and confirm the soil condition. The Electrical &
Civil design of the switchyard shall be done based on the actual carried Soil investigations by
the bidder before commencement the switchyard work without any extra cost implication to
Owner.

b. Soil bearing capacity ( SBC) of 765/400 KV PGCIL , Bikaner Substation is also enclosed for
bidder general guidance and tender purpose only. The Civil design of the switchyard shall be
done based on the actual carried Soil investigations by the bidder before commencement the
switchyard work without any extra cost implication to Owner.

c. Site coordinates are given in the enclosed drawing / refer KML.

d. Tentative layout is enclosed for bidder’s reference.

e. Site Contour Plan : Proposed site is nearly flat, sloping towards south

f. Micro grading including bush cleaning work to be included in the scope. Please refer Clause
No. 3.00.00 at page 18 of 281 regarding site preparation.

g. Approach Road availability : Plot exists on road, refer Google earth file enclosed
