The Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Department (EsPD) as one transformational agent under the Department
of Education, envisions to promote learners the appropriate knowledge necessary in developing a value
system which will guide them in dealing with the self, relating others, and serving other country and God.

In achieving for these and its objectives, Saint John Bosco Parish Church trough the initiative of
Rev. Fr. Mark Velasco and with the Presence of Bishop David William Antonio V. David, D.D. will
conduct one of the Seven Sacraments to Confirm the Baptism of the students on the 27 th day of March,
2020.

With this, may you permit some of the students of Quezon National High School to undergo a whole day
seminar on Saturday, February 15, 2020. The objective of the said seminar is to inform and enlighten the
young ones about the sacrament they will receive.

Your approval will surely be a threshold of a more focused instruction for the conduct of the said sacrament
that will be for the welfare of our young religious.

It has come to our knowledge that Saint John Bosco Parish will be a having a confirmation ceremony on
the 27th day of March, 2020.

With this, may we request to have a seminar to be held at the parish on Saturday, February 15, 2020. The
