Roaming – Roaming to other

Frequency

*All node within the same

Mesh network must be
configured with the same
setting to establish link.

Frequency 1000Mhz – 1500Mhz The frequency in megahertz

(MHz) that you wish to use.

If you try to input a

frequency that is out of
range, the radio will tune
the lowest available
frequency automatically.

*All node within the same

Mesh network must be
configured with the same
setting to establish link.

Bandwidth 2.5Mhz You can configure the RF

5Mhz channel bandwidth with this
10Mhz
drop-down box.

If you use a lower

bandwidth, range will
increase. If you use a higher
bandwidth, range will
decrease.

*All node within the same

Mesh network must be
configured with the same
setting to establish link.

NETWORK PARAMETER
Property Range Description
Node Name You can use up to 12 The unit name is a
alphanumeric characters friendly name to make it
for the unit name easier for you to know
which Node we are
talking about.

Node ID 0 to Max Number of The Node ID gives the

Nodes - 1 unit a unique ID within
the mesh. Each must
have a unique Node ID.

IP Address Example: 192.168.2.120 This is the Actual IP

Address that is allocated
to the Node

Netmask Example: 255.255.255.0 The Subnet Mask lets a

network administrator
divide a network into
smaller more efficient
subnets to stop large
numbers of IP packets
being routed through the
network. This is usually

administrator.

Type a subnet mask in

the Sub Mask text box.

Gateway Example: 192.168.2.120 A default gateway is used

by a host when an IP
packet's destination
address belongs to
someplace outside the
local subnet. The default
gateway address is
usually an interface
belonging to the LAN’s
border router.

DNS Example: 8.8.8.8
