Basic Operation Guide
1-1 General
This chapter covers normal day to day operations of a fully configured mMESH system.
Once installed and configured the Mesh is easy to operate. These guidelines will help you
perform basic operations on your Mesh.
Note: If you are working with a new system or you need to change any of the configurations.
1-2 mMESH GUI Software

1. Double click on the Ace6 Mesh Wireless ad-hoc Network System Software Icon
Shortcut on the PC desktop
2. Select your Local IP address from the List and then click on the search Icon to
search the IP address of the connected node.
3. IP address of the connected node will appear on the Device List. Click confirm to
enter the configuration setting of the node

Upon entering the GUI software, User will see the primary page with this Top Bar Menu
We will now go through each of the settings.
1-2-1 mMESH Menu : Main
Main page will be shown after the connection is established as below.

This page is used for monitoring mesh network status and viewing of video wall.

1-2-2 mMESH Menu : Status
The status page give you an update on the mesh network status. Status like number of node
connected, RF signal status, Data transmission status, GPS coordinate.

Update PARAMETER
Property Range Description
Update All Nodes Checkbox – Set or Clear Select The Update All Nodes
checkbox to enable updates
on all nodes.
Paraeters which are marked
with ‘*’.
RF PARAMETER
Mesh ID 128 character length The Mesh ID tells the unit
which group it belongs to.
All Nodes on Mesh ID

1-2-4 mMESH Menu : Advance Setting
NETWORK PARAMETER
Node Name You can use up to 12 The unit name is a
alphanumeric characters friendly name to make it
for the unit name easier for you to know
which Node we are
talking about.
Node ID 0 to Max Number of The Node ID gives the

the mesh. Each must
have a unique Node ID.
IP Address Example: 192.168.2.120 This is the Actual IP

WIFI PARAMETER
Wifi Switch Checkbox - On or Off To switch On or Off Wifi
Hide Checkbox - Yes or No To hide or Display SSID
SSID Set a SSID. A Service Set Identifier
(SSID) is the public name
for the wireless network.
All of the wireless devices

on a WLAN must employ

the same SSID in order to

communicate with each
other.
When you switch on a

Wireless enabled PC in
range of the Node, this is
the name that will appear
next to the wireless
network icon.

MIC/Speaker required.
