II. SIP, TLC, ITSA achievements (Reported by team leaders)

1. Alishir Treezai:
• 2 SIP meetings have been conducted; the main points of
their discussions were maintaining of schools’ security and
repairing roofs of schools.

• 8 TLC meetings held, advantages of instructional materials,

preparing of exam result sheets and benefits of evaluation
have been discussed.

1. Asmail Khil Mandozi:

• 21 TLC Meeting have been conducted; preparing different kind of question

for the evaluation of the students, controlling of the result sheets and
encouragement of the student and the main point was ask and answer
method

school got decision to repair the gate and water pump of the

Successful story

In Tanwo district is 14 Km far from center of Khost province, the people of Tanow district has normal
life and most of the people are busy in
agriculture, in Dar mulki high School
1096 are boys and 248 girls students
are learning, and 32 teachers are
teaching there, Mr. Khan Muhiudin is
65 Years old, he served 32 Years in
education. He said that Dar mulki High
School doesn’t has any building, and
students are studying there without any
materials or class, eventually the Best
project requested EIP Council for the solution of the problem finally
they plan to make a cover for students with the support of the people at the end they succeed to make a
cover for the school.
