the Journal).

II. The manuscript has never been published before in any other journal and will not be

submitted to another journal during the period it is under review or after it is accepted by

the Journal. I (we) agree to follow the Journal’s submission instructions.

III. All authors listed in the manuscript have actually participated in the research and writing

process and will be responsible for the subsequent revision, proofreading, and discussion

with reviewers. Before submission, all undersigned authors will have read and agreed on

the content of the manuscript.

IV. I (we) hereby agree to immediately assign the copyright of the manuscript to the Taiwan

Public Health Association once the manuscript is accepted for publication by the Journal; if

the manuscript is not accepted, the copyright therein will not be assigned; however, I (we)

reserve the rights to nonprofit and educational use by me (us) or others and the right to
 include the manuscript in my (our) book for publication.

V. I (we) declare that I (we) have the lawful right to assign copyright according to the

instructions in this declaration. In case of violation, I (we) shall be responsible for any loss

or damage to the Taiwan Public Health Association or staff of the Journal.
