Reflection

The judges regarded our experiment as incomplete because of our mistrial of data that we

couldn’t collect. The purpose of the experiment was to familiarize ourselves with the CRISPR kit

to be able to experiment using the Kudzu plant genes and the self-destructive gene we find in

later research. The experiment had no relevant data because of multiply problems that occurred

during the testing like broken petri dishes and smudged plate transfers. If we get the chance to re-

due our experiment we would slow down on the plate transfers and use the incubator instead of

havening sit room temperature.
