Agenda #1: Presentation of the Proposed Design of Uniform.

 The chairman presented the design of the uniform for men and
women.
 The proposed design was moved and seconded.

Agenda #2: Colors of Uniform for each Department.

 The College of Accountancy suggested that each department will
choose their own color of uniform. This suggestion was moved and
seconded.
 The College of Accountancy has chosen the color yellow for their
department but the College of Business Management objected it.
The Board agreed that the College of Accountancy will take the black
color for their department. Tha College of Business Management
took the color yellow, College of Theology took maroon amd College
of Teacher Education took the color blue. The College of Criminal
Justice Education suggested color pink and the request was granted.
The chairman will be talking with the College of Information and
Computer Secretarial on what color they will take.
