Circular regarding special coaching classes towards competitive exams for grades 8 and 9

Dear parent,

In this era of extreme competition, we believe it is important to equip our children to face
competitive exams with confidence. We understand the need to facilitate the right blend of
knowledge and skills and extend services towards assisting our children in facing challenges as they
stand at the threshold of their future.

Special coaching classes are being arranged in the next academic session in the school campus
towards preparing our students for the same. We request parents to kindly attend the orientation
programme in the auditorium at BIA block scheduled as listed below:

Parents can attend any session as per their convenience. Kindly inform the class teacher through a
note in the almanac if you are attending the session as it will aid us in making appropriate
arrangements. This is an opportunity not to be missed as details pertaining to the special coaching
classes will be discussed.
