EMS (Elevator Management System) is client application installed at customer end. This tool is embedded with
hardware equipment used to monitor the elevators which are operated at the customer site, the elevator configurations
such as increasing or decreasing the elevators can be performed with the help of this tool. The existing tool supports
upto 8 cars and the new feature included upto 12 cars, other features like secured floor or car access can be
controlled, all elevators installed can be monitored thru EMS.
MASC (Modeling Analysis Simulation Computation) is a Develop, apply, deploy, and train analytical and experimental
methods and tools for best in class Elevator & Escalator ride quality and system performance.
TUNE is Ride Quality mobile application for field employees to provide the ability to quickly assess ride quality of units
in the course of a normal service visit.

OtisPlan+ is web based elevator simulation system. This tool simulates the traffic and provides best configuration of
elevators for particular building. This is multi-lingual web project globally used by OTIS engineers and sales
department.
Simulation Optimization is web based elevator simulation system. This tool simulates the best solution within the
given configuration of the building with the respective group parameters.
