First asking about the educational platform and any experience (could be in form of internships)

Then asking about top 5 skills and why they think they are good at them. Giving elaborate instances
where such skills were used and it benefitted someone.

Matching those skills with the present set of required skills by company. If the skills don’t match then
finding a nearest one
