    REPEAT OBSERVATION The quat test kit is water damaged and no functioning test kit is available for testing
    the concentration of the quat sanitizer at the three basin sink.
    Corrective Action(s): Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of quat sanitizing
    solutions. Correct By: 06-Feb-2020
    Code citation: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of SANITIZING
    solutions shall be provided.
