    The Philippine Volleyball Arbiters and Trainers Inc. (PVAT) registered as


    sociation with the Securities and Exchange Commission with BIR Registered Officail Receipts and whose
    members are licensed and accredited with the Larong Volleyball sa PIlipinas Inc., the National Sports
    Association for Volleyball is tendering an offer to conduct a Four days (4) Coaching Clinic for your chosen
    participants based on the following cost and requirements.

    Registration Fee (minimum of 30 pax)

    At P2,500.00 x 30 pax P75,000.00


    Inclusive of training materials and payable in cash
    Covered by an Official receipt

    Plane fares from Manila to Virac to Manila (2 pax)

    Full Board and Lodging (2) pax

    Meals and snacks for your participants

    Two(2) Laboratory Teams (2 days) for the Practical Coaching


    With a court that is available for two(2) days

    Multi Media Projector & Screen
