WAIVER, QUITCLAIM AND RELEASE

That we, Spouses ERNESTO T. LAUS and AMELIA M. LAUS, of legal ages, Filipinos,
and residents of San Jose Matulid Mexico, Pampanga, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

That we have waived, as we hereby waive, all our rights, interest and participation,
over a parcel of land listed below:

Spouses ERNESTO T. LAUS and 179137-R 733-B 38,804
AMELIA M. LAUS

Which is located in the Barrio of San Jose Matulid, Municipality of Mexico, Province of
Pampanga, in favor of the VENDEE, YATAI INDUSTRIAL PARK INC.

We hereby vacate and surrender physical possession the said parcel of land to the
VENDEE.

That we hereby waive any further claims and demands and hold the VENDEE free and
harmless from any liability.

We hereby declare that we have fully understood the contents of this document and
that the same was read and explained to us in the language or dialect that we fully
understand. We further declare that we voluntarily and willingly executed this Waiver,
Release and Quitclaim with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
