The Shore and the Sea

The dark moist crevices beckon with wanton desire, pulsing folds blush with long

unfulfilled passion as they hearken a soft touch, crave a strong thrust, quiver from a

breath filled with the effervescent longings of night. Warm waves cascading over rocky

shores slowly chip away at all barriers blocking the way until, with a resounding

moan that has been building slowly, yet surely, all resistance fades. Salty drops

merge, forged together with an exhalation let loose, gasping for air, not wanting to let

go, caught in between sea and shore as the two meet, heaving against each other,

pushing against time. With the blooming of a flower the earth opens up, receiving the

waves and capturing them in estuaries deep within, gripping the throbbing trails of

ocean as they pierce ever deeper, engorged by the enticement of silky beaches and

caverns screaming to be discovered. Slowly, the sea recedes as the folds of earth

relax, resting against the softly caressing water. With one final, mangled sound it

waits for the next storm.
