1.1 About UGV:
University of Global Village (UGV), the first private university in southern part of Bangladesh
(Barisal division), was established by the University of Global Village Trust. The government of
Bangladesh and the University Grants Commission (UGC) approved the establishment
of UGV in 2016 under Private University Act (PUA)-2010. The honorable President of the
People’s Republic of Bangladesh is the Chancellor of UGV.

3.1 What things are we expecting?

University of Global Village (UGV), the first private university in southern part of Bangladesh
(Barisal division). As it is the prime pasture of all types of national and international events, the
university is expecting the events to be more festive and grandiloquent for the sake of the
students and to magnify the name “Civil Unification Day” with a gathering huge amount of
civil engineers. We are expecting the financial sponsorship in full swing.

3.2 What are the benefits?

There is a solid amount of benefits that our sponsors can expect from us.

First of all, they will have their booths during the event day at the eventpremises. They can
showcase their products and be in a live interaction with the participants and audiences.
Secondly, the sponsor's name and the courtesy will be shown in the banners andposters
mentioning the activities in a nutshell.
Thirdly, sponsors will get their names painted in a large banner which will be hoisted in several
places of the university. We are encouraging our sponsors to make their own banners as well,
which can be used with the decoration we planned.
Fourthly, in all the invitation cards and press release, sponsors name will be included. The
names of the sponsors will be in certificates, trophies and souvenirs which we are giving to our
participants and guests.
Fifthly, they will get their names mentioned in our social media pages as wellas promotional
videos in a precise and concise manner.

4.3 Mode of Payment:

(i) The Advertising Company will provide their support/payment in a crossed cheque /cash
issued in favor of Dept. of Civil Engineering, University of Global Village, Barishal.

(ii) The Advertising Company can also provide their support as a package according to the
Serial No. Cost Estimation (As per 4.1) according to the requirement and plan for program.

N.B.: No due payment or support is acceptable after 27 February, 2020.
