Guidelines for Group Fitness Exercise Project


1. Must create your own 4-5 minute segment of a routine
2. Create a workout that can be continuously danced for an entire song
3. Present your dance in front of the class to your desired selection of music
4. Each member must adequately participate in the project
5. You must provide your own music for this routine (must approve by the P.E. teacher before the presentation)
6. Music and Choreography should be wholesome and lively must not contains any subliminal, sexually suggestive and vulgar lyrics / language or suggestive
