 November 13-15, 2019 – attended the Philippine Information Agency 6 Basic
Journalism Seminar Workshop at Iloilo Grand Hotel, Iloilo City as Adviser
 November 21-22, 2019 – attended the Regional Schools Press Conference (Individual
category) as Coach/Adviser at Iloilo National High School, Iloilo City
 November 28-29, 2019 – attended the Regional Schools Press Conference (Group
category) as Coach/Adviser at Iloilo National High School, Iloilo City

During these times, I, together with other faculty members from Secondary School, have
represented our university in different contests as advisers/coach to the student participants.

Attached herewith are the proof that I have attended the said events.

As to my late log ins in the biometric, I was not able to log in on time as I always attend first to
my 8-9 a.m. class at the Suman Building before I log in at the biometrics located at the Annex
Campus or at the main gate.
