Services Contract

I, ……………………..…………………. undersigned, agree to undertake studies in Matrix College of Management, Technology and
Healthcare Inc. (the College), in the Program and Intake chosen below. The College commits to provide to the undersigned the chosen program of study as
per the terms mutually agreed in this contract. The College also commits to provide Professional/Counselling Services.

Payment Policy

International students must deposit equivalent of 1 semester fee or more to show their intent to study in the chosen program.
Registration fees and Professional fee is non-refundable.

In case of refusal of Study Permit or CAQ by the Canadian or Quebec Government, the deposit will be refunded provided the
student submits proof of rejection.

In case of unforeseeable circumstances (based on humanitarian grounds) that necessitate withdrawal of the student from the College
prior to the commencement of a program (1st day of class), an administrative fee of 25 % of total fees shall apply. It is understood that
such circumstances must be deemed valid by the College. Also in case where behavior of the student necessitate removal from the
program, there shall be no refund.

I have carefully read the above information and completely understand the meaning of this agreement and commit myself to abid e by
