To start, impeachment is a political process to remove a president from his or her charge. It works by voting

against or in favor of the aiming. Basically, it is a mechanism for considering whether a president should keep in

charge or not. When is shown that a president has governed subverting the rule of law or attempting to pursuit

self-interest politics at the expense of the general welfare, Congress can (and should) remove this president from

charge. First, the impeachment paper must be approved by the majority in Congress (two thirds at least). Then,

proofs of the president’s unfair way of governing must be attached, (this is done by wide investigation) because

here is when the impeachment paper will be passed through the Senate. In the case that both organisms of the

House of Representatives advocate the paper, the president will be called to a “grand jury” and there, the decision

of whether remove the actual president or not, will be taken. After impeachment, the Vice-president takes charge

for a period of twenty-five days, in which new elections are planned. At the end of the elections, the new elected

president takes charge, and everything goes as normal as always.

So, why do I explain what impeachment is? Easy! Nowadays Donald Trump’s impeachment is being

debated between both political parties, Democrats and Republicans. Since Trump was elected president (by the

electoral college, not by popular vote) the American Democracy has been on the decline. Is not a surprise, he just

concentrates his political aims on raising domestic production, making economic influences and (the worse of

them) punishing to whoever that goes against him. The trade war with China is the perfect example; with Chinese

companies growing fast each day, the United States’ domestic production is on risk of falling behind the

convenience of cheap Chinese products. instead of making an alliance with China and search for a bi-lateral deal

that benefits both entities. Trump and his loyal made-up cabinet decided to attack Chinese economy, by charging

more taxes to their exportations in order to rise their prices. As a result of this policies, technological companies

cut relationships with American markets like “HUAWEI” or “ZTE”; and many others are seriously affected.

Even though Trump’s impeachment is notoriously taking more presence. The American popular opinion

is frightened of impeachment because of the political chaos that it represents. But the debates have already started,

and if The House of Representatives passes the paper. “America will be great again”.
