The enumerated statements below are the contributions allocated during
the implementation of School Based Management Program specifically on
Management of Resources.
LEGALLY APPROVED
Most of the documents were legally approved by the assigned authorities
from both offices – School and Division Office.
Some were properly documented and supported by the School, Division
and Regional Memorandum as well as Orders.
REACHEBLE DOCUMENTS
The different files were easy to reach due to its availability. Those are
monthly reports provided by the Canteen Managers, SBFP, SPG’s and other
concerned Program Coordinators.

The following are the challenges encountered by the School during the
implementation of School Based Management Program specifically on
Management of Resources.
Vague checklist for MOV’s for each principle especially for every
indicator.
Some documents didn’t have picture or documents that ratify the
events.
No Xerox Machine to be Use. We still need to travel in order to furnish
a copy of the documents.
