एकक के एक काययक्रम में काययकारी नििे शक श्री विवपि त्यागी िे एक बेहतरीि घोषणा की िी।
बाि में रािभाषा कायायन्ियि सलमनत की बैठक में इसे औपचाररक रूप भी िे दिया गया।
There is a good news for all of you ... Executive Director, Mr. Vipin Tyagi had made a
great announcement in a program organized in C-DOT Delhi by the Rajbhasha Ekak a
few months back. It has now been formalized in the OLIC meeting.

आपको करिा लसर्य यह है कक अपिी तकिीकी िािकारी और ििाचार की अपिी अलभरुथच को

आगे करते हुए एक ऐसा सॉफ्टिेयर/टूि/समाधाि विकलसत करिा है , जिसके िररए िब सी-डॉट
िेबमेि पर कोई भी पत्र लिखा िाए, तो उसका अिुिाि खि
ु -ब-खुि दहिंिी में उसी समय साि-
साि होता िाए यािी कोई भी पत्र अिंग्रेिी में लिखेंगे और उसका दहिंिी अिुिाि आपके सॉफ्टिेयर
के िररए हो िाए। इसके लिए आप पहिे से मौिूि ककसी अन्य िडय पाटी सॉफ्टिेयर (गूगि
ट्ािंसिेटर/ माइक्रोसॉफ्ट भाषािंतर अििा अन्य सामाि समाधाि) का प्रयोग करते हुए भी कोई
िया समाधाि विकलसत कर सकते हैं । िेककि पररणाम यह होिा चादहए कक िेबमेि में पत्राचार
आपके समाधाि के िररए दिभाषी हो िाए।
All you have to do is to bring to the fore your technical knowledge and your innovative
inclination to develop a software / tool / solution to automatically translate any
communication into Hindi being keyed-in in English on C-DOT Webmail. Which means
that the letter will be written in English and its Hindi translation will be done
automatically and simultaneously through your software/tool/solution. For this, you can
develop your own solution, or you may use any third-party software already existing
(Google translator / Microsoft translation or other solutions) to achieve this. But the
result should be that correspondence in webmail becomes bilingual through your
solution.

इस सॉफ्टिेयर/ टूि/ समाधाि को विकलसत करिे के लिए आपके पास िगभग 2 महीने (जुलाई-
मध्य सितम्बर तक) का समय है । इस अिथध के भीतर आपको सीएसिी के साि लमिकर सी-
डॉट में इस समाधाि/ टूि/ सॉफ्टिेयर को िेबमेि के साि कायायजन्ित भी करिा होगा।
You have 2 months (July-Mid September) to develop this software / tool / solution.
Within this period you will have to implement this solution / tool / software on C-DOT
Webmail with CSG.
यहािं यह स्पष्ट करिा आिश्यक है कक समाधाि/ टूि/ सॉफ्टिेयर के विकास से िुडा कायय आप
कायायिय समय के बाि अििा अिकाश के दिि ही करें गे। हािािंकक, इसके लिए आप कायायिय के
सिंसाधिों का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। इतिा ही िहीिं, आपको अन्य ककसी तरह की सहायता की
आिश्यकता हो, तो िह भी आप रािभाषा एकक को बता सकते हैं।
It is worth mentioning that the work related to the development of solutions / tools /
software will be done by you after the office hours. However, you can use office
resources for this. Not only this, you can contact the Official Language Unit for any other
help.

तो वििम्ब ककस बात का, अपिे दिमाग की बत्ती ििाइए और तैयार हो िाइये अपिी तकिीकी
प्रनतभा और क्षमता के प्रिशयि के लिए....
So what is the delay, put on our thinking caps and be prepared to showcase your
technical talent and capabilities....

इस दिशा में काम करिे के इच्छुक सिस्य अपिा/ अपिी टीम का िाम रािभाषा एकक को
10 जल
ु ाई, 2019 तक अिश्य िे िें ।
All interested may please give names of your/ team to the रािभाषा एकक by 10 July,
2019.

यह टूि/समध/ सॉफ्टिेयर अगर एक सिस्य डडिाईि करे गा/करे गी, तो उसे ₹ 25,000.00 का
िकि पुरस्कार और अगर िो या अथधक सिस्यों की टीम इसे तैयार करे गी तो ₹ 51,000.00
(पूरी टीम के लिए) का िकि पुरस्कार प्राप्त करे गी.

If the tool/software/solution has been designed by a single individual, he/she shall

receive a cash award of ₹ 25,000.00 and if a team of two or more designs it, they shall
be awarded a cash prize of ₹ 51,000.00 (for the entire team).
