The undersigned are Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) students, currently
enrolled in the Capstone project this 2nd Semester SY 2019 – 2020. The aim of this subject is to
provide convenience and efficiency in this modern world by automating the manual process of
transactions and records keeping.

As an initial step, students are being sent to the different establishments to conduct a study and
gather data regarding day to day transactions on record keeping and the like. Data gathered will be
analyzed and later, developed a system that will change the manual process into computerized one,
utilizing the system development life cycle approach.

In this regard, may we request your utmost cooperation by allowing our students to conduct a study
in your establishment since we have one goal in common and that is to provide the best services
to our valued clients through the aid of information and communication technology. Rest assured
