What is CenSEI?
The Center for Strategy, Enterprise, and Intelligence
(CenSEI), Inc., is a technical resource institution which provide
strategic expertise, research, media, and training to government
and business. It combines topnotch learning and best-practice
knowhow among its executive core and its pool of proven experts
to address the needs of its select state and corporate clientele,
especially in strategic planning and response, organizational
performance and development, risk and crisis management,
research analysis, and media.
CenSEI designs and delivers strategies, knowledge, and solutions

Who are we?

RICARDO L. SALUDO, President (M.S. Public Policy and


Management, SOAS, University of London; Diploma in Strategy
and Innovation, Said Business School, Oxford) served as Chairman,
Civil Service Commission (CSC); Cabinet Secretary and
Presidential Spokesperson, Office of the President of the
Philippines. He is columnist of the Manila Times and was editor-
writer with Asiaweek magazine. He is adjunct faculty in
government and journalism at Ateneo de Manila University and in
public administration at the University of the Philippines.

ANTONIO D. KALAW, JR., Managing Director (Public


Administration & Communications, University of the Philippines), a
Career Executive Service Officer (CESO)-I who served government
for 43 years. He served as President of the Development
Academy of the Philippines (DAP) for 11 years and Chairman &
Board Member, Career Executive Service Board (CESB). He was
Board Member, Civil Service Academy (CSA) & the Foreign Service
Institute (FSI) & Alternate Director, Asian Productivity
Organizations (APO).

GARY B. OLIVAR, Treasurer and Business & Finance


Director (MBA Harvard University; MA Economics, University of
the Philippines) served as Associate Professor of Finance, Asian
Institute of Management (AIM). He was Presidential Economic
Spokesperson, Office of the President of the Philippines (2001-
2010). He is columnist of the Manila Standard became Senior
Financial Executive of Smart Communications, Bayantel,
Sumitomo Trust Bank, and American Express.
