LOAN AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED is made and executed by and between:
Michelle Bunagan, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Park-7, Loyola
Heights, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as CREDITOR, and;
Hernando Gomez, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Xavierville I,
Loyola Heights, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as DEBTOR;

WITNESSTH
That the DEBTOR is requesting to borrow money in the amount of ONE
MILLION PESOS (P 1,000,000.00), while the CREDITOR is willing to lend
the said amount, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. That the CREDITOR shall convey said amount of ONE MILLION
PESOS (P 1,000,000.00) to the DEBTOR upon execution of this
contract;
2. That the DEBTOR shall pay the CREDITOR the aforementioned
amount loaned on or before December 31, 2024 at the interest rate of
SEVEN PERCENT (7%) per annum.
3. That in case of failure by the DEBTOR to pay the amount loaned and
its interests as it falls due, the amount due shall be subject to a penalty
amounting to a compounded FIVE PERCENT (5%) per month of the
total amount due, until full payment thereof.
4. That the parties herein hereby commit to the observance of the terms
and conditions embodied in this contract and are fully aware that
violation of the same can give rise to criminal, civil or administrative
liabilities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures
this January 30, 2020 in Quezon City, Philippines
