State of Saini had obligation to adhere to the principle of non-intervention1 and to “decline to resort to
any violent activities.2 Herein State of Saini had violated those provisions by conducting the
bombings in United State of Ayushstava, where in the bombers were identified as Saini citizens.

conduct.
The Prime minister of USA issued a media state where in he accused the state of Saini for those
attacks and there was no response or defence from Saini for the same. By way of conduct Saini
showed that those were indeed Saini citizens and that they were responsible for it.
