The National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines will be holding its
63rd ANNUAL NATONAL COUNCIL MEETING (ANCM) on May 28-31, 2019 at Pili,
Camarines Sur, Bicol Region.

Our Davao Oriental Council’s cash fund does not suffice in covering the expenses for
this purpose. The council’s current cash in bank is ₱ 6,000.00 only.

May I request your good office to please help me in my air fare expenses incurring a
cost amount of ₱ 15,000.00 round-trip.
