Corrigendum- GEM/2019/B/390173

The following details is required to be incorporated in the Service Level Agreement. The Minimum
qualification of the deployed resources
(a) Should be Graduate
(b) Well conservant with MS Office/Email etiquette/MS Excel.

(c)Language proficient (English as well as Hindi) Desirable Qualification:

(i) Any call Centre experience of 6 months - 1 year


(ii) Interpersonal Skill, team work, capacity of trouble shooting etc. The bidder has to accept in
writing that he/she will comply with all the other terms and conditions of Service Level Agreement.
