QUESTIONS
How do I sign up for the campaign?
This campaign is open to ALL delivery-partners activated before 19
Dec 2019 and no opt-in is required. However, in light of the recent
PMD ban, PMD delivery-partners are not eligible for the campaign.

How do I track the number of trips I have completed?

You can monitor your trips counted towards #GrabBonanza
in your Grab Driver App: More > Incentives > #GrabBonanza!

When will the results be announced?

Grand Prize: Winners of the grand prizes will be announced by 6
January 2020. Cash Prizes: There will be no announcements made for
cash prize qualification. Partners can track their qualification of cash
prizes via the Grab Driver App (More > Incentives > #GrabBonanza.
Eligible partners will receive the cash payout by 6 January 2020.

I am a grand prize winner! When and where can I collect my prize?

Prizes must be collected between 6 to 17 January 2020 at Grab’s office
in Midview City. More details will be released to grand prize winners.

Are the cash prizes additional to existing zone boost and quest
incentives?
Yes! #GrabBonanza prizes are on top of all other existing incentive
programs.

I am a grand prize winner and I completed more than 200 trips, do

I also receive a cash prize?
No, winners of the grand prizes will not receive any cash prizes.
 TERMS & CONDITIONS
This campaign is only open to delivery-partners activated as of
19 Dec 2019, on the participating vehicle types. For delivery-
partners who change vehicle types during the campaign period,
your eligibility and rewards will be computed based on your
vehicle type on 19 Dec 2019.

All trips in a grouped order are counted towards the campaign

requirements.

Trips are counted based on acceptance time.

Minimum acceptance rate of 80% and maximum cancellation

rate of 20% is required to be maintained, to be eligible for the
campaign.

Both GrabExpress and GrabFood orders are eligible, and are

considered as one trip each towards the campaign
requirements.

In light of the recent PMD ban, partners delivering with PMDs as

of 19 Dec 2019 are not eligible for the #GrabBonanza incentive.

Excessive cancellations will be recorded and measures may be

implemented accordingly, including but not limited to the
withholding of incentive payments and temporary suspension
of partner accounts.
