• Training – Involved in intensive 4-week training program to gain an understanding of basic electrical distribution
systems from generation to transmission to distribution. Focus in distribution.

• Tooling – Assisted in design of fixtures for various aerospace parts. Used SolidWorks to create 3D models of
fixtures and effectively displayed the models as a 2D drawing to be machined for production.
• Testing – Worked closely with lab technician to aid in testing processes for various coatings. Organized, analyzed
and documented test results.
• Communication – Monthly co-op lunch and learn presentations. Gained valuable experience communicating with
employees and external vendors.

ISO 9001 Certified Plant, involved in manufacturing and development of Class 1 medical devices.
• Lab Technician – Performed and recorded numerous raw materials tests in an ASTM controlled lab. Analyzed data
to ensure raw materials met certain specifications or compared for a possible material change.
• Documentation – Wrote a multitude of raw material specification documents, specification change requests and
other documents that go through an ISO certified process. Gained experience with ISO 9000 processes.
• Manufacturing – Designed two fixtures that involve pneumatics which ease production of a medical device by
means of 3D modeling through SolidWorks, 3D printing and machining. Both of which are used in production
today. Gained experience with lean manufacturing processes. Strengthened skills greatly with SolidWorks.
• Drawings – Updated and created numerous component and assembly drawings using AutoCAD. Developed skills
with 2-D modeling in AutoCAD.
