Reservation & Billing Arrangement:

Natures Village Resort (NVR) requires a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee of P 10,000 to reserve a specified
date for your function. An additional 50% of the total estimated cost must be made one (1) month after the
reservation fee is paid. The remaining 50% will be settled upon the signing of the contract at least one (1)
month prior to your event in cases of advance reservations. For last minute bookings (a month or less prior to
the event) NVR requires a 50% non-refundable fee. The remaining balance shall be settled within five (5)
working days before the date of reservation. All reservation fees & deposits will be applied towards the total
cost of the event. Incidental charges will be paid right after the function or upon check out. Personal checks
are not accepted. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASES OF CANCELLATION.
