Those sentences are written in a casual way, no difficult


words which means not formal. We try to show the users that all
the promos are exactly what they offer. We never click baiting. All
the sentences are concise and direct.

We always encourage users (even our writer/admin/CS) to be


responsive in any situation when the interaction box pops up.
We should never use sentences with negative emphasize. This
applies more in social-media advertising or promotion.
