Subject: Salary increment request

Dear sir,

I am writing to request a for a salary raise. I have been working with Hamad Ali AL Sagri group
for the past seven years. During this time, I have been dedicated to my duties and performed them to the
best of my abilities; exceeding my supervisor’s expectations. In addition, I have been an excellent team
player working concurrently with my colleagues and supervisors to the best interests of the company. To
match up to the current salary of my colleagues and my efforts a salary hike of not less than {Amount)
will do. I believe my previous records in departments I have worked plus my hard work and commitment
justifies a salary hike.

Additionally, my annual vacation is 21 days’ as per the present contract. As I know most of the
employees who have joined the company after me are getting 30 days per year as their yearly vacation.

Considering my long-term service with the company kindly do the necessary to get a considerable
hike in my salary and supportive revision in my contract regarding the annual vacation.

Your consideration will be highly appreciated.
