RE: Safeguard Investigation No. SG-2019-OC-Float Glass

Dear Director Ignacio,

We are the counsel of COMGLASCO Aguila Glass Corporation, one of

the oppositors in Safeguard Investigation No. SG-2019-OC-Float Glass.

One of our fellow oppositors, Chain Glass Enterprises, Inc., will be

presenting an expert witness (Mr. Meneo M. Escoreal, Marketing Manager
of AGC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd) during the public hearing. Per Notice of the
Honorable Tariff Commission dated January 24, 2020, it reminded the
parties to submit the affidavits of witnesses in advance or until February 5,
2020. Due to the unavailability of the lawyer for Chain Glass, they were not
able to prepare in advance the affidavit of the said witness. We will be
extending help on the said witness instead during the public hearing next
week.

We would like to seek the approval of the Honorable Commission to

still allow our witness to provide his testimony directly during the hearing.
