Venue: Magsaysay Elementary School, Brgy. Magsaysay Javier, Leyte

Participants: Teachers and Grades 1-6 pupils

Objectives/Agenda:
A. Orientation on the procedure of the SPG Election
B. Filling of the Certificate of Candidacy
C. Campaign Period for the SPG Election
D. Election Proper for Grades 1-6
Highlights of the Activity:

Supreme pupil government is a school organization whose purpose is to train the pupils to become
a better citizen in the future and to develop pupil’s skills and abilities in achieving quality education and academic
excellence through cooperative works among themselves in achieving their goals.
Both parties work hard to earn favour from their co-pupils. Campaign materials were posted on
designated areas.
Out of 24 pupils from Grades 3 to Grade 6, 24 pupils actually voted because some were following
with their corresponding votes earned.

Results/Output:
 The objectives of the aforementioned activity were carried as it was evident that the
participants generously shared their time and religiously performed their parts during the
said meeting.
 Better working relationship between school and community stakeholders
 Make use of online voting as environmentally friendly and resource-efficient type of
participation
 The activity was made a success through the participation and cooperation
of the stakeholders
