 Understand NIFTY FUTURES
• To understand True Trader's one of the profit making strategy, you
need to know NIFTY Futures. So here is some info.
• Future:
• A 'Future' is a contract to buy or sell the underlying asset for a
specific price at a pre-determined time
• Nifty Futures:
• Nifty Futures is also a financial instrument in which futures
contracts are done on the basis of S&P Nifty index which is the
benchmark of NSE. Nifty futures are a instrument type of market in
which trading is done on the basis of the underlying index S&P CNX
NIFTY.
• Nifty is index of 50 blue chip companies consisting in NSE (National
Stock Exchange) and represent the performance of these
companies. Nifty covers more than 70% of traded values of stocks in
NSE and also it covers around 60% of total market capitalization.
 Advantages of trading in NSE Nifty Index

• An  index represent the entire stocks consisted in its exchange, so

you can trade the entire ‘Stock market' rather than individual
stocks.
• 1. Highly liquid
2. Large intra-day price swings
3. High leverage
4. Low initial capital requirement
5. Lower risk than buying and holding stocks
6.  You have to target only one index instead of 50's of stocks
Index futures (nifty futures) are cash settled so there is no fear of
bad delivery, forged etc. You are required to pay a small fraction of
the value of the total contract as margins. So you need not to worry
to invest a huge amount in the market.

• Stock exchange has given facility to short sell NIFTY Futures at higher levels
and buy at lower levels, so the difference in buy and sell will be your profit.
That means when TrueTrader gives sell signal then sell at higher levels even if
you do not have bought before, and when market fall down then cover (means
buy) NIFTY Futures at lower levels.

• Make profit even when market is moving down.

• Rule 1: Buy 4 Lots of NIFTY Futures when TrueTrader gives BUY
signal.
• Rule 2: Book partial profit of 20% in just 2 to 3 days by selling 2 lots
of NIFTY futures. (You will surely get a chance to book partial profit)
• Rule 3: For remaining quantity of NIFTY Futures, wait for
TrueTrader's EXIT signal.
• Rule 4: Once you will get EXIT signal, just book all profit on
remaining NIFTY Futures quantity by selling it.
• Rule 5: Do not reinvest your profit, take it at home and enjoy.

• Rules to be followed when TrueTrader gives SELL signal.

• Rule 1: Short Sell 4 Lots of NIFTY Futures when TrueTrader gives
SELL signal.

(buying) 2 lots. (You will surely get a chance to book partial profit)
• Rule 3: For remaining quantity of NIFTY Futures, wait for
