SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

such expenses that may be agreed upon between the vendee;

4. To ensure that the proceeds of the sale of the mortgaged property

shall be used to pay off the mortgage loan;

5. To do and perform any and all other lawful acts and deeds
necessary to undertake the execution and finalization of sale,
transfer or conveyance of the said property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full

and absolute power and authority to do and perform all and every act or
thing whatsoever desirable and necessary to be done and performed in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could myself so if personally present, hereby RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all things that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof.
