INTRODUCTION
The Sales and Service Tax (SST) which was introduced on 1 September
2018, is a single stage tax on goods manufactured and services
provided. The Sales Tax relies a lot on the exemption system, while
Service Tax relies on groupings.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation must be in writing to Persatuan Pegawai Kanan Kastam
Malaysia Cawangan Putrajaya & if received:
• More than 14 days prior to the event - full refund
• Between 7 - 14 days - 50% refund
• Less than 7 days - no refund

REPLACEMENT / CANCELATION
Replacement at no additional cost. Persatuan Pegawai Kanan Kastam
Malaysia (PERKASA) Putrajaya reserves the right to cancel or reschedule
the programme. All efforts will be taken to inform participants of any
changes. In view of the limited places available, intending participants are
advised to send their registrations as early as possible so as to avoid
disappointment.

HRDF CLAIMABLE
This seminar is HRDF-SBL claimable (subject to the approval of HRDF). To
