Dear Michael,

We have received your application and cordially invite you to audition for admission to The Peabody Institute. When you arrive, please
report to 17 East Mt. Vernon Place, and go through to the Grand Staircase. Walk down to the Arcade area for Check-In. You will be able to
pick up your complete schedule to learn of any revisions in the time and place of your audition (there will be changes in many schedules).
We will be available to assist you between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm. The schedule posted below includes your audition or interview
and important events, but does not include testing and assistantship interviews (if applicable, these will be communicated to you in the
weeks approaching your audition date). Please plan to be at Peabody for the full day. Undergraduate and Graduate applicants who are not
applying for assistantships will likely only need a half day to complete their requirements. DMA audition schedules are for a minimum of
two days.

International students coming in to audition must enter the country on a visitor’s visa.

Important information concerning your schedule:

All Applicants: For important information regarding audition week policies, placement exams, directions to Peabody, hotel information, and
other program-specific information please visit the Audition Week Materials Page.

Audition Week Activities: Please refer to the Peabody audition week newsletter to find out about extra events for your specific department.
This contains critical information concerning all the activities occurring during the audition week.

Undergraduate Applicants: You will be prompted at check-in to sign up for an group discussion time with a Peabody staff member. There
is no need to schedule this in advance.

Music for New Media and Computer Music Applicants: Undergraduate students (only) will be required to complete an online theory test
in the upcoming weeks: Foundations Benchmark. More information regarding this test will be emailed to you in the coming weeks.

Composition Applicants: Please bring a hard copy of your composition portfolio with you to the interview.

DMA Applicants: Please bring a hard copy of your writing sample to your interview.

PLEASE confirm or cancel by clicking the form link on your status page. If you know you will not attend, canceling
allows us to offer your place to another deserving applicant.
