last three years. India is currently considered the third largest domestic civil aviation market in the world. India is
expected to become the world’s largest domestic civil aviation market in the next 10 to 15 years, as per Mr Jayant

GROOMING AND POISE
Save that pretty face. Every guy should use lotion on his face after washing it in the morning. There’s nothing un-manly about taking
care of yourself. It’ll help you look less tired,

There’s no excuse for not flossing at least 5 times a week. Pick up a flosser if you need a way of making it easier.

Keep those nails cut. Next time you’re on the toilet for 5-10 minutes, skip your next round of Angry Birds and use the time for
grooming your finger and toe nails.

Unless your doctor has told you otherwise for some reason, pick up a bottle of multivitamins. With our fast paced food culture, it’s
easy to miss out on the essentials.

It is important to wear properly fitting clothing, for more than just your jeans. A button up is an improvement over a t-shirt, but not
much of one if it's a horrible fit, which many guys are guilty of.

Use deodorant. After cleaning your body, ensure that your smell stay fresh. Apply deodorant after your shower. Choose a sensitive
or aluminum free variety if you suffer from allergies. Spend time to find the smell that is right for you.

Shave or groom your hair. Not everyone subscribes to shaving their face, legs or other parts of the body everyday. Only shave your
face, legs and armpits if you believe this is necessary. Men can look well groomed with facial hair, but it needs to be controlled and
cared for.For ladies it is typically viewed as necessary to shave your legs and armpits to look well groomed. There are many groups
challenging this notion because men don’t shave these parts and still look well groomed.Do what is right for you. Half of looking well
groomed is the confidence around you.If you have sensitive skin, consider shaving less frequently and find a shaving cream made
for sensitive skin.

Carry the essentials. Have a “survival kit” with you at all times to combat a blemish once out of the house. You can use a strong zip
lock bag and include items for dry skin, broken nails, or messy hair. Use some of the following for your own kit:
• Lotion or vaseline
• Mini comb
• MintsMini mirror
• Pins
• Hair bands
• Perfume or cologne
• Compact
• towel
• Miniature
• sewing kit
POISE
Poise is a graceful, very controlled way of standing and moving.

Good posture is important for the protection of muscles, joints and ligaments. If you
regularly sit or stand in positions that put unnecessary strain on your body, you may
develop pain, injury, arthritis or abnormal positioning of the spine, according to the
Cleveland Clinic. Learn and practice proper posture to protect your health.

Sitting properly. Walking in poise. Standing properly.

COMMUNICATION
VOICE & ACCENT

Accent neutralisation training is a methodical approach to inculcate

a neutral English accent. This process involves learning phonology of
any language or dialect. It is also known as accent modification,
deaccentation or accent reduction or voice and accent training.

In English the main parts of

speech are noun, pronoun,
adjective, determiner, verb,
adverb, preposition,
conjunction, and interjection
which are important to
improve grammar.
