AGREED STATEMENT OF FACTS
Josie Glenn was a 26-year-old woman. She was last seen alive on October 22,2017, Her
sister, Lynette Brennan, reported her missing to police the folowing day. On October 27,
2017, police discovered Josie Glenn’ dismembered remains in the garage of 252 South
Leaksdale Circle. Mr. Boyede was living at this address.
Josie Glenn was involved in the sex trade. She worked at an adult massage parourcaled
Sweet City. She also made private arrangements to meet with clients
(On October 21, 2017, Josie Glenn began a shit at Sweet City that ran from 1pm thatnight
until 11am the folowing day. The only other person working at Sweet Cty that evenirg was
Destiny itawanakwat, Josie Glenn and Destiny Ptawanakwat were friends at work. The
expectation was that Sweet City employees would remain onsite forthe duration of thelr
shifts, Their boss would stop in to make sure this ule was Followed
In the eatly morning hours of October 22, 2017, Mr. Boyede began texting Josie Glenr. He
offered to pay her $750 to come tohis home. Josie Glenn expressed reservations about
leaving work for the 2-3 hours requested by Mr. Boyede. She suggested Mr. Boyede vst her
at Sweet City, She said they could engage in sexual activity atthe business, Mr. Boyede
declined, tling Josie Glenn he was only about 10 minutes away from her work. Uimately,
Mr. Boyede arranged for a cabto pickup Josie Glenn and bring her to him. The two agreed
that Josie Glenn's ride shouldbe at Sweet City for 3:10am. Josie Glenn made clear that she

the following information with Detective Sergeant Krygsman:
+a U-Need-A cab appeared to have picked up Josie Glenn from Sweet City
+ UNeed.A cab had provided police with the phone number asthe contact number
used when the cab had been ordered
+ London Patce records linked this phone number to three people, one of whom was
Mr. Boyede
‘He was on a Recognizance due to charges in February ofthat year where he located

senuallyassauiting her and forcibly confining her untl she was able to escape and
call police
«+ He had conditions ofa curfew from 1:pm-7am in is residence unless at work rin
the presence of his surety

+ Mr. Boyede lived in Summerside
+ Josie Glenn’s cell phone was last “pinged! toa cell tower at 1555 Bradley Avenue,
which fs directly south ofthe Summerside subdision, and
+ Mr. Boyede's phone number appeared in Josie Glenn’s phone records46. Police re-entered the home shortly before midnight. They were able to locate Josie Glenn's
‘remains inthe garage ares. Her body had been dismembered and placed inside garbage
bags. Josie Glenn's remains were transported from the home tothe hospital so they could
be preserved for a postmortem examination beginning that Monday morning, Plic then
backed out ofthe home. They did not retuen until they had obtained warrants
17. Dr. Michael Shkrum performed the postmortem examination of Josie Glenn He also
testified at the preliminary inquiry int this matter, He indicated that atypical postmortem
‘examination can be completed in a day. Josie Glenn's autopsy took three. A fracture of the
high hor in Josie Glenn's neck was discovered and formed the basis of Or. Shkrum’s
conclusion that neck compression caused Josie Glenn's death, However, it was impossible
to determine whether other sigs of neck compression, such as hemorchages, markings,
and bleeding, were also present. The state of decomposition was to great tallow for such
findings. These signs may have been present. They may not have been. Or. Shkrum could
not make a finding ether way. Mr. Boyede admits that he choked Josie Glenn, When he did
so he meant to cause her bodily ham that was likely to cause her death, and he was
reckless as to whether death ensued.
418, When Dr. Shirum received Josie Glenn's dismembered remains, he noted tat she
remained clothed ina sleeveless dre.
419, Renee Koselka isa forensic anthropologist. She aso examined Josie Glenn's remains and
completed a report. Ms. Kosalka's examination was done ata later date and diferent
location from br. Shkrum’s autopsy. Ms. Kosalka describes the bsecton of Josie Glenn's
torso, the dismemberment of her arms, and the dismemberment and bisection of her legs.
