R. v. Oluwatobi Boyede AGREED STATEMENT OF FACTS Josie Glenn was a 26-year-old woman. She was last seen alive on October 22,2017, Her sister, Lynette Brennan, reported her missing to police the folowing day. On October 27, 2017, police discovered Josie Glenn’ dismembered remains in the garage of 252 South Leaksdale Circle. Mr. Boyede was living at this address. Josie Glenn was involved in the sex trade. She worked at an adult massage parourcaled Sweet City. She also made private arrangements to meet with clients (On October 21, 2017, Josie Glenn began a shit at Sweet City that ran from 1pm thatnight until 11am the folowing day. The only other person working at Sweet Cty that evenirg was Destiny itawanakwat, Josie Glenn and Destiny Ptawanakwat were friends at work. Police re-entered the home shortly before midnight. They were able to locate Josie Glenn's ‘remains inthe garage ares. Her body had been dismembered and placed inside garbage bags. Josie Glenn's remains were transported from the home tothe hospital so they could be preserved for a postmortem examination beginning that Monday morning, Plic then backed out ofthe home. Dr. Michael Shkrum performed the postmortem examination of Josie Glenn He also testified at the preliminary inquiry int this matter, He indicated that atypical postmortem ‘examination can be completed in a day. Josie Glenn's autopsy took three. A fracture of the high hor in Josie Glenn's neck was discovered and formed the basis of Or. Shkrum’s conclusion that neck compression caused Josie Glenn's death, However, it was impossible to determine whether other sigs of neck compression, such as hemorchages, markings, and bleeding, were also present. She aso examined Josie Glenn's remains and completed a report. Ms. Kosalka's examination was done ata later date and diferent location from br. Shkrum’s autopsy. Ms. Kosalka describes the bsecton of Josie Glenn's torso, the dismemberment of her arms, and the dismemberment and bisection of her legs.
