A. Reviewing previous lesson or presenting
the new lesson
B. Establishing a purpose for the lesson Movie Lines Hugot:

Present via video clips the different famous movie lines and
let the students to realize the following, to wit:

 Identify the title of the movie.


 Analyze the different goals of communication based
on their observation.

The following movie lines will be presented to the students:


1.“Walang himala! Ang himala ay nasa puso ng tao, nasa
puso nating lahat! Tayo ang gumagawa ng himala, tayo
ang gumagawa ng mga sumpa at ng mga Diyos, walang

Ask for volunteer students that will pair for a


conversation in front of the class.

The volunteers will be given a topic as well as a


scenario that they will talk about (5mins)

Scenario: A friend tells her bestfriend about her crush.

1.The students will make a short script to the given
scenarios, let them analyze the script of the scenarios
and determine what principle of communication gets
utilized by the given scenarios.
Scenario 1: Your mother got angry because you
came home late without communication.
Scenario 2: You broke up with your
girlfriend/bestfriend.

Guide Questions:
1. What are the specific conversation in your
scene that conveys the different principles of
communication?
2. Which principles show conversation in your
scene that depicts the different principles of
communications?

3. How did you determine the principles of


communication in each conversation you had?

F. Developing mastery Situational Analysis:


Make the students provide samples of scenarios for
the students and let them analyze the principles of
communication and apply features of communication
if there are breakdowns.
